Almabet Frequently asked questions

You can use Almabet fully from your mobile browser — downloading the app is not mandatory. Visit almabet.net using any browser on your phone (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Opera) and log in. The website is fully mobile-optimized and you'll get all the same features as on desktop — Sports Betting, Live Betting, Live Casino, slot games, deposits, withdrawals — everything works from your browser. However, for a better experience and faster performance, we recommend downloading the Android app. The app loads faster, has offline caching, you get push notifications for bonuses and match updates, and once you log in, you stay logged in. To download the app, look for the "Download App" option in the website menu — download the APK file and install it (you may need to enable Unknown Sources in Settings). iOS users can use the website through Safari as an iOS app is not yet available. Whether you use the browser or app, your account data stays synced everywhere.

The minimum bet amount on Almabet depends on the type of game or betting you're doing. For Sports Betting (pre-match and Live Betting), the minimum bet is typically ৳50. That means you can place a bet on any match with just 50 taka, which is very convenient for new players. In Live Casino games (roulette, blackjack, baccarat), the minimum bet varies by table — from ৳20 to ৳100 — higher on VIP tables and lower on standard tables. For slot games, the minimum spin amount is usually ৳10 to ৳20 — so you can play slots with very little money. Maximum bet amounts also vary by game and match. In Sports Betting, for popular matches (such as IPL cricket, World Cup football), the maximum bet can range from ৳50,000 to ৳2,00,000. For less popular matches, the maximum is ৳10,000–৳25,000. Live Casino VIP tables allow bets up to ৳50,000. Your account level and betting history may increase your limits — regular high rollers are given custom limits.

Almabet regularly hosts various tournaments and leaderboard competitions where you can win big prizes. To participate, first go to the "Promotions" or "Tournaments" section and check out the ongoing competitions. Each tournament has specific conditions — for example, you may need to play certain slot games, place a specific amount of bets within a set time, or play at Live Casino tables. Before the tournament starts, click the "Join" button — some tournaments activate automatically when you play eligible games. The leaderboard updates in real time and you can see your current position. Prizes are typically awarded to the top 10–100 players (depending on tournament size) and can include cash prizes, free spins, bonus balance, or special gifts. In slot tournaments, winners are usually those with the biggest wins or highest multipliers. In Sports Betting tournaments, those who bet the most or achieve the highest profit win. Prizes are credited to your account within 24–48 hours after the tournament ends. Full terms and conditions for each tournament are available in the "Terms and Conditions" section — make sure to read them before entering.

If you've forgotten your Almabet password, resetting it is quick and easy. Go to the Almabet website or app login page and click the "Forgot Password" link. A form will appear asking for your registered email address or mobile number. Enter the correct details and click "Send Reset Link". Within seconds, a password reset link will be sent to your email — check your inbox (and your Spam/Junk folder too). Clicking the link will open a new page where you can set a new password. Create a strong password that combines lowercase letters, uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters (e.g. Almabet@2026). Confirm your password and click "Save". You can then log in with your new password. If you don't receive the email, try using your registered mobile number instead — an OTP will be sent via SMS. If you're still having trouble, contact the support team via live chat or email at [email protected] — they'll verify your identity and help you reset your password. Note that password reset links are typically valid for 1 hour, so be sure to use it promptly.

Almabet offers an excellent welcome bonus for new players — you get up to 150% on your first deposit, with a maximum of ৳15,000. That means if you deposit ৳10,000, you'll get ৳15,000 in bonus and your total balance will be ৳25,000. To activate the bonus, first complete registration and verify your email/mobile. Then go to the "Deposit" section and choose your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer). Enter your deposit amount — remember, you need to deposit at least ৳1,000 to qualify for the bonus. Make sure the "Welcome Bonus" option is checked on the deposit form — in some cases you may need to enter a promo code. Once the deposit is complete, the bonus will be automatically added to your account — you can see it in the "Bonus Balance" section. To withdraw the bonus, you must meet the wagering requirement — typically 10x (bonus + deposit amount). Example: ৳1,000 deposit + ৳1,500 bonus = ৳2,500 total, so you need to bet ৳25,000 to unlock the bonus. The bonus is valid for 30 days and eligible games are sports bets (1.50+ odds) and casino slots. Full terms and conditions are available on the "Bonus Terms" page.

Cricket betting is very popular on Almabet and we cover all types of cricket matches — Test, ODI, T20, IPL, BPL, World Cup, and more. To bet on cricket, first log in and click on the "Sports" menu, then select "Cricket." You'll see a list of all ongoing and upcoming matches. Click on the match you want to bet on — you'll see many betting markets. The most popular markets are: Match Winner (who will win), Toss Winner (who will win the toss), Top Batsman (which batsman will score the most runs), Top Bowler (which bowler will take the most wickets), Total Runs (over/under), Innings Runs (how many runs in an innings), Man of the Match, and many more. T20 matches have even more markets — First 6 Overs runs, Highest Opening Partnership, etc. Each market shows odds (such as 1.85, 2.20) — higher odds mean bigger potential winnings but also higher risk. Choose your preferred option, enter your bet amount (minimum ৳50), and click "Place Bet." In Live Betting, odds change with every ball during the match — you can bet in real time based on the situation. Tip: In big tournaments (IPL, World Cup), odds are more competitive, while smaller leagues have higher margins.
